1–3 hour workshops with your team(s) to determine and build the foundation for a successful and inclusive workflows. Includes:

  • Tool workflows—how to boost your creative workflows

Speaking engagements

Open to speaker panels and presentations for live or virtual audiences. As a panel moderator, I can guide and focus groups of professional speakers to deliver targeted, actionable information to audiences. 

Speaking topics focus on design and tech careers, women in design, building a portfolio, design practice and thinking.

My process: Listen. Learn. Test. Create!

  • Listen:

    Revamping tired workflows requires an open mind and conversation to identify gaps in the current design-to-delivery process. The first step is discovery: listening to your team’s successes and pain points. Creatives should feel comfortable with speaking openly and honestly.

  • Learn:

    Following discovery, we’ll complete a series of exercises and learnings on best practices and techniques for an inclusive and successful workflow, addressing pain points and gaps from discovery. I will train your team on newly introduced tools or workflows.

  • Test:

    Next, we’ll apply actionable items and workflows to a pilot project to learn what worked and what did not. The pilot can be a real world project to measure improvements and if business goals were met.

    I work with your team every step of the way with bi-weekly check ins and surveys.

  • Create!

    By the end of our working together, your team should feel excited and confident in their new workflow and be ready to build their own ways to evolve and improve it over time.
